We have some new rules on room hire. With immediate effect the restrictions on room hire have been eased.

Rooms may now be hired for:-

• Club Members (Who can now hire rooms as soon as they have joined)

• Family and Friends of Club Members

• Members of other Conservative Clubs (Proof of membership required)

• Business users (Restrictions apply, please contact the Steward)

• Funeral receptions in the Concert Room may be booked by anyone subject to Steward's approval and the availability of the room.

Rooms Available:-

• Concert Room

            The Concert Room is ideal for parties of up to 80 persons and may be booked for £85 plus a refundable bond*. Persons wishing to hire the room for short periods (i.e. morning only) may be able to benefit from the Short Hire Rate of just £45. Please contact the Steward for details. Persons wishing to hire the room for funeral receptions may do so at a cost of £45 and will be excused from paying the refundable bond. The new kitchen can also be booked at the same time as the Concert Room. The charge for use of the kitchen is £15 if it is to be used simply as a prep area or £25 if full cooking facilities are required.

• Committee Room.

            The Committee Room is ideal for private business meetings  for up to 15 persons and may be booked for £45.

• Dining Room

            The Dining Room, very well suited to smaller parties of up to 40 persons, is offered for hire at £45.

All bookings are offered subject to the approval of the Steward and must be made through him. The Hirer of the room must be present throughout the period of hire. A non refundable deposit of £20 is required at time of booking.

*Bond.

 Birthday Celebrations for 18-21yrs £200  fully refundable if no damage/disruption caused.

  All other functions  £100 fully refundable if no damage/disruption caused.
